NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-1879 of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 8 day of January 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 21-2106, ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14086, AT PAGE 400, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
