NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 22nd day of January 2014, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 18 and the East 1/2 of Lot 17, Block 124, TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as filed in Plat Book H1, Page 1A, in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County, Florida, was formerly a part together with the South 1/2 of a vacated alley lying adjacent to the North boundary of the aforesaid lots.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
