NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013, entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-002714 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and All Other Parties Claiming an Interest By, Through, Under or Against the Estate of Cecelia C. Taylor, Deceased; Joan M. Smith, Personal Representative of the Estate of Cecelia Taylor, deceased; Joan M. Smith; Unknown Spouse of Joan M. Smith; Ryan Keith Taylor; Unknown Spouse of Ryan Keith Taylor; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 6, BOULEVARD PARK NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
