NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-009490-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Successor by Merger to First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Michael Szczerbaty; United States of America, Department of the Treasury; Unknown Tenant #1 in Possession of the Subject Property; Unknown Tenant #2 in Possession of the Subject Property; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
