NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09006844CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAVIER E. MENDOZA, CLERK OF THE COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DIRECT GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE OF DAMIEN SCOTT BARNHART, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CMG MORTGAGE, INC., STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF CAROL J. STURGILL, STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE OF J. P. LYNCH, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, CAROL J. STURGILL, EMMA MARCOS-PEDRAZA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAVIER E. MENDOZA and UNKNOWN TEANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of January, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, AIRY ACRES NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
