Notice is given that under a UNIFORM FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated November 22, 2013 in Case No. 13-004913-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which JOSEPH PUZZANGHERA, Trustee is the Plaintiff and EDWIN VOGT, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 15, 2014, the following described real property set forth in the UNIFORM FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO 116 OF CYPRESS FALLS AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15213, AT PAGE 2500, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
