NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 11, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014905 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-3 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3 is Plaintiff and PATRICIA WASSUS AKA PATRICIA M. WASSUS, ROBERT WASSUS AKA ROBERT G WASSUS, SCOTSDALE BLUFFS HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 48, SCOTSDALE BLUFFS, PHASE I, according to the Plat Book 115, at pages 83-85, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
