NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09016481CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-17, Plaintiff, and, CARLSON, DONALD A/K/A DONALD J. CARLSON, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 8TH day of JAUNARY, 2014, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: THE WEST 1/4 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF FARM 6 IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST; PLAT OF PINELLAS FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY, WAS FORMERLY A PART; LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 15 FEET CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF PINELLAS PARK, BY WARRANTY DEED, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6496, PAGE 1701 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
