RE-NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order resetting sale dated November 18, 2013, and to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-016776 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-1, is Plaintiff and BARBARA WARE, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block 1, of Paradise Park Manor, According to the Plat thereof a Recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 65, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Located: 5731 66th Avenue North, Pinellas Park, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
