Condominium Unit No.101, Building 'M', PHASE I,BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM ill, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 6427, Page 2134 and Condominium Plat Book 94, Pages 58 through 62, inclusive, both of the :Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
