NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002942 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and HIPAA Mental Health, LLC Trustee of the 1090 63rd Way Family I.V. Trust dated July, 2010, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 1090 63rd Way Family I.V. Trust dated July, 2010, Autumn Run-Beacon Run Homeowners Association, Inc., Homecomings Financial Network, Inc. , Linda Tang, Tom Wynne, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 173, BEACON RUN-UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
