NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 20, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-012594, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff, and, SHIRLEY M. ZBIKOWSKI; ANTHONY M. ZBIKOWSKI; STELLA J. ROJAK; CITIMORTGAGE, INC. FKA PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE, INC.; BRIAR CREEK MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY I, INC.;; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on January 9, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS LOT 6, IN BLOCK E, OF BRIAR CREEK MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARTION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4535, PAGE 1124, ET, SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OR RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 94 THROUGH 102, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
