Final Judgment was awarded on November 4, 2013 in Civil Case No. 522009CA015545XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON 2005-8, is the Plaintiff, and, JAMES W. ALLEN, JR.; PAMELA ANN BLEVINS; ARTHUR F. REYNOLDS III; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; METROPOLITIAN GENERAL HOSPITAL INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ; JOHN DOE N/K/A SEAN CONE; JANE DOE N/K/A KATHY CONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES ALLEN, JR.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on January 9, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
