NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-005642 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Luis E. Mesa and Blanca Ines Diaz de Mesa a/k/a Blanca Ines Diaz-Mesa a/k/a Blanca Mesa a/k/a B. Diaz Mesa a/k/a Mesa B. Diaz, Husband and Wife and Adriana Mesa-Diaz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 463, GREENDALE ESTATES, 4TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
