NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-002384ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR JP ALT 2006-S2 is the Plaintiff and SYLVESTER THOMAS, JR A/K/A SYLVESTER THOMAS; ROBIN GIBSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; OAK GROVE P.U.D.
