Final Judgment was awarded on July 15, 2012 in Civil Case No.:51-2013-CA-000585/J4, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATION ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES 2006-3 TRUST, HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and, JANICE PEAVEY A/K/A JANICE L. PEAVEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANICE PEAVEY A/K/A JANICE L. PEAVEY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
