Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC2 Asset Backed Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-NC2 , is the Plaintiff and Judith Duncan, Ronald E. Duncan, Jr. , Beacon Woods East Master Association, Inc. , Beacon Woods East Recreation Association, Inc. , Beneficial Florida, Inc., Millwood Village at Beacon Woods East Association, Inc. , are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
