Moya are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on January 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PARCEL BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
