Commence at the Northwest corner of Lot 3; thence run South 00Ëš38'45” East, 65.00 feet along the West boundary line of said Lot 3, to the point of Beginning; thence North 89Ëš21'15” East, 85.00 feet; thence South 00Ëš38'45”East, 65.00 feet along the West right-of-way line of Nature Boulevard as now established; thence South 89Ëš21'15” West, 85.00 feet along North boundary line of Lot 4 of said BEAR CREEK SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE; thence North 00Ëš38'45” West, 65.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
