BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 330.00 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 210.00 FEET; THENCE WEST 420.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 210.00 FEET; THENCE EAST 420.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE WEST 315.00 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE NORTH 105.00 FEET THEREOF.

ZAHM, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12425 28th Street North, Suite 200, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, on or before 01/27/2014 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 38053 Live Oak Avenue, Dade City, FL 33523-3894, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
