Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 20, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 528, TIMBER GREENS, PHASE 3-A, UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 82, THROUGH 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 9722 BROOKDALE DR, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34655; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 21, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
