Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 23, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 367, ORCHID LAKE VILLAGE, UNIT SIX AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7400 BENT OAK DRIVE, PORT RICHEY, FL 34668; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 16, 2014 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
