NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001529 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee Under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of June 1, 2007 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR5, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2007-BR5, is Plaintiff, and Alicia Gutierrez, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 57 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 56 IN BLOCK 10 OF FLOR-A-MAR SECTION C-6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
