NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008432-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2007-HYB2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CETIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HYB2, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM GRAGG AND HAMILTON PARK OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 15th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, IN BLOCK 1, OF HAMILTON PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, AT PAGES 137 TO 144 INCL., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 4449 Hawksley Place, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33543
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
