Final Judgment was awarded on November 22, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-026034, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, is the Plaintiff, and, ANN GLYMPH, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SANDY CHANDLER BAKER, JR., DECEASED; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
