Final Judgment was awarded on November 22, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 29-2008-CA-019339, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, GHAZI S. SMADI SR.; EMAN A.T. AL-FAOURI A/K/A EMANUAL-FAOURI; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. ; COPPER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; D. BORT, AS TRUSTEE OF THE SMADI DRAGON LAND TRUST; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
