BIRNEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALDINE C. BIRNEY; SUNTRUST BANK; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; LYNDHURST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
