Final Judgment was awarded on September 25, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-021490, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff, and, MOON RIVER ESTATES 2, INC.; JOSEPH P. MORAN; THE ESTATES AT RIVER CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION NKA ERIC THOMPSON; CYNTHIA L. MORAN; JOSEPH MORAN; SB1 FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; COMPUTER RESEARCH DATE, INC.; WHITBURN, LLC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
