Final Judgment was awarded on November 27, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 12 18266 DIV N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING & TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ELEAZAR ESCORIHUELA, DECEASED; CARMEN ALEJANDRA ESCORIHUELA A/K/A CARMEN A. ESCORIHUELA A/K/A CARMEN ESCORIHUELA; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF ELEAZAR ESCORIHUELA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELEAZAR ESCORIHUELA, DECEASED; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; SONIA LUIS ESCORIHUELA; PINE RIDGE AT OAK CREEK TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
