MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-S4, MORTGAGE PASS - THROUGH CERTIFICATES, BY PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS SERVICER WITH DELGATED AUTHORITY UNDER THE TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS, is the Plaintiff, and, LYNN R. SNOW; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNBELT; PINE GROVE CONDOMINIUMS AT BLOOMINGDALE ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
