GARCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OMAR GARCIA A/K/A OMAR M. GARCIA, IF ANY; PARKCREST HARBOUR ISLAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; HARBOUR ISLAND COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC. ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; COLONIAL BANK F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

BOOK 14790, PAGE 622, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
