NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-015651-N, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance, Plaintiff and CHRISTINA PEREZ AKA CHRISTINA M. PEREZ; RAMIRO PEREZ; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this January 15th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
