NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006945 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A. as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and Lorraine Spence a/k/a Lorraine M. Spence, Kings Lake Neighborhood Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corporation, Clevan A. Spence, The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
