NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-001027of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Citi Property Holdings Inc, is the Plaintiff and Robert Jakeman II, Donna Jakeman, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 45, BLOCK B, RASTON BEACH MANOR, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
