Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 2, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE SOUTH 210 FEET OF THE EAST 210 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2826 SAM HICKS ROAD, PLANT CITY, FL 33567; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 21, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
