Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 4, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
UNIT 74105, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 11, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16922, PAGE 664, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16922, PAGE 758 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16922, PAGE 762 AND ALL OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 13 THROUGH 15, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS.
