NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and BETTY H. ULAN A/K/A BETTY ULAN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ARTHUR AND BETTY ULAN REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 27, 2003; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ARTHUR AND BETTY ULAN REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 27, 2003; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST ARTHUR ULAN, DECEASED; FRED ULAN A/K/A FREDDIE ULAN, AS CO- TRUSTEE OF THE ARTHUR AND BETTY ULAN REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 27, 2003; BETTY H. THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 38, OF HIGHGATE C, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 3883, PAGE 229. AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
