NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a an Order dated November 26, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000195 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Gerard J. Tarantino AKA Gerard John Tarantino; Unknown Spouse of Gerard J. Tarantino AKA Gerard John Tarantino; Carrollwood Gables Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 12233, CARROLLWOOD GABLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 64, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8578, PAGE 802 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
