NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008 CA 014158 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Dwight E. Seay; Hadassah Seay; Lake Fantasia Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 130, LAKE FANTASIA PLATTED SUBDIVISION-NO IMPROVEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2001 SKYLINE MANUFACTURED HOME VIN #2T-63-02-09-RA&B&C, LOCATED ON SAID PROPERTY
