IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA to the Defendants, DONALD F. ABBATE, individually and as beneficiary of the Donald F. Abbate Family Trust, dated the 20 day of June, 2006, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD F. ABBATE, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST SAID INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS, and to all parties or persons having or claiming any right, title or interest in and to the following described property, situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot C-19, Heritage Oak Park, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page(s) 9A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
YOU and EACH OF YOU are notified that a suit to quiet title on the above-described property as been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your answer to the Complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, MICHAEL W. LEONARD, ESQ., 2050 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Charlotte County, Florida, on or before March 4th, 2013; otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as true and as alleged.
