Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated January 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-003586 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-OPT4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT4, Plaintiff and Maher N. Hishmeh a/k/a Mark Hishmeh and Maria C. Hishmeh a/k/a Maria Hishmeh, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on March 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 11, block 124, port charlotte subdivision, section 10, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 4, pages 20a thru 20n, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
