Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-003786 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Jerry L. Karalfa, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on April 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit 112, of oxford house of port charlotte, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, recorded in official records book 440, page 190, and as subsequently amended and the plat thereof, as recorded in condominium book 1, page 24, and as subsequently amended, all of the public records of charlotte county, florida, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium as set forth in the declaration together with parking space ** to the above condominium unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
