NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 014454 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NICHOLAS M.MATTERA, JR. A/K/A NICHOLAS M. MATTERA A/K/A NICHOLAS MATTERA A/K/A N. M. MATTERA, DECEASED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC DBA DITECH.COM; JOSEPH ROBERT MATTERA; JULIE MARIE MATTERA; MARIE MATTERA A/K/A MARIE MATTERA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA AND STATE OF FLORIDA; THE EAST 37.22 FEET OF LOT 15 AND LOT 16, LESS THE EAST 7.20 FEET, BLOCK “G”, GOLFVIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
