NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of
Foreclosure entered on January 17, 2013, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any of his duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 8 of the JUBILATION SUBDIVISION PLAT platted in Plat Book 37, Pages 4 through 7 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on February 20, 2013, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
