NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case Number: 2012-CA-1192, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, 5650 STRAND COURT, LLC, ARNOLD NEEDLEMAN, M.D., ALAN STERNBERG, STRAND PROFESSIONAL PARK ASSOCIATION, INC., THE STRAND COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATION, INC. f/k/a PELICAN STRAND COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT(s) IN POSSESSION n/k/a ALAN STERNBERG are the Defendants. The Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324 on the 20 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Building 101, Strand Professional Park, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, of record in official record book 2640, pages 3287 through 3364, as amended, of the public records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
