NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 7, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002355 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGETRUST 2006-A5, is the Plaintiff and SOLEMI HERNANDEZ; DESMOND MCGUIRE; HOME EQUITY OF AMERICA, INC.; ENCLAVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.;are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 19-305, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3731, PAGE 2534, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
