Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2012 in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier, Florida, on February 20, 2013, at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor, Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse - 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 for the following described property:
LOT 2, BLOCK 36, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65 TO 77, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
