Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, and entered in 2012 CA 2983 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-CP1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CP1, is the Plaintiff and ROSA RODRIGUEZ A/K/A ROSA M. RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on February 20, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 277, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 8, PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 147-151 INCLUSIVE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
