NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 6, 2012 and an Order Resetting Sale dated January 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 112010CA002363XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., F/K/A WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2003-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-4 is Plaintiff and EDITA KOLLER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE TECHNICAL LAND TRUST UNDER PROVISIONS OF TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 14TH, 2008; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDITA KOLLAR; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112. County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 185, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 124 - 134.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
