NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0906895CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Joshua E. Sturgeon as Successor Trustee of the Connie L. Sturgeon Revocable Trust Dated July 12, 2006, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
NORTH 80 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK A, GUILFORD ACRES, AS PER PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
